A closer look at the thinking behind our work.
Zirve by Krishna Group.
Designing an ad for the right person, not everyone.
Concept ad — Zirve, Krishna Group
We created a concept ad using Krishna Group‘s Zirve. (This is an independently created concept and is not an official campaign.)
As designers, our job is to guide the viewer’s eyes so they don’t have to spend energy figuring out where to look next. When there’s too much information, too many elements competing for attention, it causes friction.
This friction is even more prominent in video ads, especially in real estate, where we want the potential homebuyer to experience what we’re trying to get them to experience, imagining their life at that project. A clean, streamlined design does just that.
For this concept, we asked ourselves a simple question: what does a serious homebuyer actually want to know first?
Every potential buyer has a mental checklist. Our job is to help them tick those boxes as effortlessly as possible.
- 1The building
- 2The price
- 3The unit configuration
- 4The size
Imagine our ideal homebuyer is scrolling on Instagram, and they come across the ad.
The building catches their attention. “This looks nice!”
Their eyes land on the price. “Oh hmm, ₹2.83 Crores, I wonder what the unit config is for 2.83 Cr!”
Then they see the unit configuration and size: 3 BHK. 1815 & 1819 sq. ft.
Finally, they see the project logo with the location.
If it ticks all their boxes, they’ll take another look at the building, notice the logo, and reach out to the builder.
We don’t need to make ads for everyone. The objective isn’t simply to “stop the scroll.” It’s to stop the scroll of the right person.
Created for portfolio and educational purposes to demonstrate our creative approach.
